27-Year-Old CT Man Accused Of Stabbing Person Repeatedly Outside Restaurant A 27-year-old man has been charged with attempted murder for allegedly repeatedly stabbing another man outside a Hudson Valley restaurant. The incident took place in Putnam County around 4 a.m., Sunday, Oct. 16 in the town of Southeast at the La Patrona Mexican Restaurant at 182 Route 22. Putnam County Sheriff Kevin J. Vehicle Shot On Busy Stretch Of Route 22 An 18-year-old who was target shooting on a busy area roadway allegedly hit a vehicle on the highway as it passed by has been arrested, according to police. The incident took place on Friday, April 16, in Putnam County. State Police received a complaint from a driver that while driving on State Route 22 in the town of Patterson heard three to four loud pops, said Trooper AJ Hicks.
