Suspect Apprehended After Fleeing From Superior Court Hearing In CT Without Shoes A 24-year-old man who brazenly left a Connecticut courthouse in the middle of a proceeding has been apprehended. Marico Ellis, age 24, went missing from Hartford Superior Court just after noontime on Thursday, Aug. 25, wearing a black shirt and pants, according to Connecticut State Police. The underlying charges for which Ellis was at court for include firearms, narcotics, and felony assault violations.  Ellis, a resident of Hartford, was not wearing shoes at the time, police said. Shoeless Suspect At Large After Fleeing From Superior Court In CT Connecticut State troopers asked the public for help locating a 24-year-old man who brazenly left a courthouse in the middle of a proceeding. Marico Ellis, a resident of Hartford, went missing from Superior Court at about noon on Thursday, Aug. 25, wearing a black shirt and pants, according to Connecticut State Police. He was not wearing shoes at the time, police said. Police said troopers and officers are actively searching for him and asked anyone with information to call 911.
