Suspect Nabbed For String Of Seven CT Commercial Burglaries A Fairfield County man has been nabbed in connection with a string of seven burglaries of area businesses within the past month.  Fabio Martinez-Rodriguez, age 51, of Stamford, was arrested around 3:15 a.m., Monday, Oct. 18, by police following a reported break-in at a variety store in downtown Stamford. Woman Found Dead In CT Apartment Police are investigating the "untimely death" of a 56-year-old woman in Fairfield County.  Stamford patrol officers responded to an apartment at 26 Main St., at Stamford Manor, for a welfare check on Sunday, April 18, said Stamford Police Capt. Rich Conklin. "The investigating officers gained entry into the apartment and located the deceased resident," he said.
