Police Investigating Deadly Shooting Outside Town Of Litchfield Law Office A Connecticut man is dead following a shooting outside a law office. The shooting took place around 5 p.m., Monday, June 5, in the Town of Litchfield at 46 West St., the office of Cramer & Anderson LLP, when police responded to emergency calls that a "firearm was discharged," according to the Connecticut State Police.
