The incident unfolded in New Haven County a little after 4 p.m., Monday, Aug. 23, when state police were notified of a Range Rover with stolen plates driving erratically on I-95 in Madison. Troopers responded to the area of the I-95 Madison rest area where the Range Rover was last seen. 7-Year-Old Upstate NY Boy Charged With Rape, Reports Say A 7-year-old boy in New York has been charged with rape, according to multiple reports. New York State Police said that the unidentified boy in St. Lawrence County from Brasher Falls, located about 15 miles east of Potsdam, has been charged as a juvenile delinquent with third-degree rape after being charged on Tuesday, March 23. The incident reportedly happened over the Thanksgiving holiday. After being temporarily taken into custody, the child was cited for the rape and released to his parents.
