Sexual Assault: 46-Year-Old From Southbury Nabbed After 5-Month Investigation, Police Say A Connecticut man has been charged with a sexual assault that took place in Newtown. New Haven County resident Justin Walsh, age 46, of Southbury, was arrested in Newtown on Wednesday, May 10 for an incident that took place in Dec. 2022, said Det. Lt. Liam Seabrook, of the Newtown Police. Walsh's arrest comes after "an exhaustive and tedious 5-month-long investigation," Seabrook said.
