Argument Leads To Woman's Arrest In New Canaan A Connecticut woman wanted on two warrants was charged with failure to appear during an argument with another person at a Fairfield County home, authorities say.  New Haven County resident Giorgiana Rose Mastrangelo, age 23, of Ansonia, was arrested on Thursday, Aug. 10 in New Canaan on Forest Street. Man Accused Of Leaving Scene After Crashing Into Two Vehicles In Fairfield County, Police Say A Fairfield County man was arrested for alleged avoiding responsibility/property damage and unsafe backing after attempting to leave the scene of a crash. Man Who Blocked Road To Get Takeout Order Threatens Honking Driver In New Canaan, Police Say An area man was arrested after allegedly threatening a driver who was blowing his horn after the man blocked the middle of a roadway to pick up a take-out order of food. The incident took place in Fairfield County around 7:15 p.m., Friday, June 12, in front of a popular Mexican restaurant in New Canaan on Forest Street, said Lt. Jason Ferraro.
