CT Woman Nabbed For Shooting, Police Say A woman has been charged with alleged criminal assault after a shooting incident in a Fairfield County neighborhood. Sharona Debbie Annet Bailey-Bramble, age 34, of Stamford, was charged on Monday, May 13, in Norwalk after police responded to a shots fired call. According to Lt. Tomasz Podgorski of the Norwalk Police, patrol officers responded and relayed the description of Bailey-Bramble and her vehicle to other officers.  Officers located the vehicle a short distance from 251 Ely Ave. and recovered a firearm, Podgorski said. The incident started around 6 a.m., Tuesday, July 27, when Hartford Police patrol officers observed a blue Infiniti M35 bearing a Massachusetts registration, police said.
