Wrong-Way Driver Caught With Explosives, Alleged Narcotics, More In Litchfield: Police A man has been charged with driving under the influence and more after he was found to be driving the wrong way down a highway in Connecticut. The Litchfield County incident occurred on Saturday, June 15 in the town of Litchfield, according to Connecticut State Police.
