Man Charged With DUI For Fatal Head-On Crash In Woodbury, Police Say A 25-year-old man has turned himself in nearly a year after he allegedly drove under the influence, crossing the double-yellow lines on a highway and crashing head-on into another car. Isiah Turner was arrested on Monday, June 24 for the Litchfield County incident, Connecticut State Police said. Woman ID'd As Victim In Fatal Hartford Hit-Run Crash A 40-year-old Hampden County woman was identified as the victim of a fatal hit-and-run crash Wednesday night, June 19, in Hartford. The car that hit her was later found abandoned and on fire.  Lutricia Daniels, of Chicopee, was walking along Main Street at 11:55 p.m. when a Honda Accord slammed into her and sped away, Hartford police said. The Hudson Valley incident occurred in Ulster County around 2 p.m., Tuesday, May 28, south of the Esopus Avenue railroad crossing in the town of Espous. According to Capt.
