Friends, Family Remember Connecticut Couple Killed In Hit-Run Crash The man and woman from Connecticut killed in an alleged hit-and-run crash in Pennsylvania over the weekend have been identified as a husband and wife. Windham County residents Richard and Rebecca Whiddon, ages 37 and 33, both of the town of Brooklyn, were passengers in a Nissan that was struck in Bucks County near the corner of Veterans Highway and Ford Road in Bristol Township on Saturday afternoon, Feb. 24,  Both were pronounced dead at the scene, officials said. CT State Police Seek Witnesses To Rollover Crash On Busy Roadway Connecticut State Police are seeking witnesses to a single-vehicle crash that killed a 28-year-old man. The crash took place in Windham County on Tuesday, Oct. 25 on I-395 in Killingly. According to state police, Dylan Goulet, of Brooklyn, was driving a Chevrolet Tahoe northbound on I-395 in Killingly when for an unknown reason, the Tahoe went off the roadway into a dirt median. Goulet then went across both lanes of the highway and rolled several times. He died from his injuries.
