Armed, Dangerous Man Wanted For Broad Daylight Shooting In CT Police in Bridgeport are asking for the public's assistance in locating a man wanted in connection with a violent assault.  Tomas Elias LaPorte, age 48, of Bridgeport is wanted for the Wednesday, March 8 broad daylight attack of a man at the intersection of State Street & Iranistan Avenue, said Capt. Kevin Gilleran, of the Bridgeport Police. Police officers responded to the area and located a 52-year-old Bridgeport man suffering from multiple gunshot wounds to the leg, Gilleran said. CT Man Accused Of Stabbing Brother To Death, Police Say A Fairfield County man has been arrested for stabbing his brother to death during a fight.
