Fight Over Cutting In Line Led To Hartford Man's Murder, Police Say Police have made an arrest in the deadly stabbing of a Connecticut man during a dispute at a liquor store. Wilfredo Rosa, age 54, of Hartford, was captured early Wednesday, Aug. 18, for the stabbing murder, which took place around 4:30 p.m., Monday, Aug. 16 at French’s Liquor Store on Albany Avenue, said Lt. CT Dealer Sentenced For Trafficking Fentanyl, Other Drugs, Possessing Shotgun A 28-year-old man will spend more than a decade in prison for drug trafficking and possessing an illegal short-barrel shotgun, federal prosecutors announced. Hartford resident Danny Castillo, 28, has been sentenced to 128 months in prison followed by five years of supervised release for trafficking fentanyl, other drugs, and possessing a short-barrel shotgun.
