The driver of the tractor-trailer was issued a ticket for failure to maintain lane and traveling too fast for conditions, state police said.

Original story: GREENWICH, Conn. — Crews were working to clear the scene of a jackknifed tractor-trailer on I-95 on Monday morning in Greenwich, according to the Department of Transportation.
The accident was on the southbound side of I-95 between Exits 4 and 3. One lane was open in the area, DOT said.
Lengthy delays were reported for over 6 miles through Stamford and into Darien on I-95, DOT said.
A fuel leak has been reported, Connecticut state police said.
The crash was reported Monday, Dec. 18, at 7:35 a.m., DOT said. All lanes were briefly closed after the crash, then reopened one by one as the cleanup was done.
Detours and the crash scene caused heavy traffic on Route 1.
