A Connecticut teen has been arrested for allegedly shooting and killing a 3-year-old boy during a drive-by shooting.
Jaziah Smith, age 19, of Hartford, was arrested on Monday, April 19, for the killing which took place around Saturday afternoon, April 10 in Hartford, said Lt. Lt. Aaron Boisvert of the Hartford Police Department.

A 3-year-old Connecticut boy was shot and killed, the apparent unintended victim of a drive-by shooting, and a 16-year-old boy was fatally shot and another injured during a separate incident.
Both took place on Saturday, April 10 in Hartford.

CT Duo Nabbed For Rash Of Thefts Of Tires, Rims, Police Say
Two Connecticut men have been nabbed for an alleged series of thefts of tires and rims from vehicles through the Hartford County area.
Most of the incidents involved a Toyota Highlander as the suspect vehicle. The last incident occurred In Windsor Locks in Hartford County, on Thursday, March 25, said the Windsor Locks Police.
On Tuesday, April 6, around 1:07 a.m. a Windsor Locks officer was on patrol in the Route 75 area, where most of the incidents have occurred.

Pickup Smashes Into Front Of CT Gas Station Store, Chains Used To Pull Door Off, Police Say
A pickup truck smashed into a Connecticut gas station/convenience and used a chain to rip the front door off the building.
After ripping off the door, around 3 a.m., on Friday, March 26, multiple suspects entered the Valero Store located 269 Main Street, in Windsor Locks, said Lt. Paul Cherniack.
Officers responded and canvassed the area, but the suspects had fled prior to police arrival, Cherniack said.
The front door and the building itself sustained damage.
