It includes parts of southeastern New York -- Long Island, as well as Westchester, and Putnam counties -- as well as all eight counties in Connecticut, and the following counties in Massachusetts: Berkshire, Essex, Franklin, Hampden, Hampshire, Middlesex, and Worcester. Lane Closures: Busy Bridge Over I-95 To Be Affected Traffic on a stretch of Interstate 95 that is currently in a major three-year construction project will soon be slowed by a series of lane closures in Westchester.  The North Avenue bridge running over I-95 in New Rochelle will be reduced to only one lane on both Friday, July 14, and Monday, July 17, according to the New York Thruway Authority.  The lane closures will span from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. on both days, officials said, adding that the closures will facilitate bridge construction. Months-Long Lane Closure Scheduled On Hutchinson River Parkway In Westchester Officials have announced a new planned closure on the Hutchinson River Parkway in Westchester. One southbound lane will be closed on the parkway between Exit 14 (Route 127 in Harrison) and Exit 13 (Mamaroneck Avenue in Scarsdale) from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., beginning Tuesday, May 30, and ending Friday, Sept. 1, according to the Department of Transportation.
