Suspect At Large After Armed Robbery At Wendy's In Greenwich Two men are at large after allegedly robbing a Fairfield County Wendy's restaurant at gunpoint. The robbery took place in Greenwich around 1:50 a.m., Monday, May 23 at the Wendy's located on West Putnam Ave. Two men dressed in black hoodies entered the restaurant while employees were closing for the night, said Capt. Mark Zuccerella, of the Greenwich Police. One of the men pulled a firearm and demanded cash from the manager, Zuccerella said. Both men were given an undisclosed amount of cash and they fled the area, he added. No one was injured. The men are described as being Black, …
