Car Crashes Into CT Apartment Complex Damaging Structure A car crashed into a Connecticut apartment building after the driver failed to make a turn and drove straight into the complex, according to police. The incident took place in New Haven County around 9 p.m., Tuesday, Feb. 13 in Wallingford at 327 South Elm St. According to Lt. Stephen Jaques of the Wallingford Police, officers discovered that a gray 2016 Kia Optima crashed into the front side of the complex causing damage to the structure.  The driver of the Kia was transported to the hospital for evaluation of suspected minor injuries. Nathaniel Calloway, 28, was arrested after Connecticut State Troopers attempted to stop him on Monday on I-84 for a suspended vehicle registration, Trooper Kelly Grant said.
