26-Year-Old Woman Found Dead Was Homicide Victim, Authorities Say The 26-year-old woman who was found dead late Sunday morning in Burlington, Connecticut was the victim of a homicide, authorities said. The body was located in the area of Upson Road in Burlington at approximately 11:08 a.m. on Sunday. Troopers from the Litchfield barracks were dispatched to the area of Upson Road in Burlington after being notified that the body had been located in a body of water in that area.
