Darien Police Department Welcomes Pair Of New Officers The Darien Police Department is pleased to announce the hiring of two new officers to the department.  Kelly Thurston of Naugatuck comes to the Darien Police Department after being employed as a physical education and health teacher for the Naugatuck School District.  She holds a bachelor’s degree in Education from Central Connecticut State University. Steven Costantini of Milford comes to the department from Yale Health where he was an human resource specialist.  He holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Connecticut.  They were sworn in as members of the police d…
