Snow Emergency In Effect In Greenwich The Greenwich Board of Selectmen have declared a snow emergency in the town, which was put in effect as of 9 p.m. on Tuesday night. Residents have been asked to remove all parked cars from local streets to allow Public Works crews to efficiently clear roadways of snow, as more than a foot is expected to drop in the region.
