Norwalk Man Wanted For Operating Drug Factory Nabbed On Warrant In Stamford An investigation into narcotics sales led to the arrest of a 28-year-old man following a search of his home. Ryan Jackson, of Norwalk, was arrested Tuesday at a location in Stamford by members of the Norwalk Police Department's Special Services Department along with the U.S. Marshals Service, according to the Norwalk Police.
