Swerving I-95 Motorist Under Influence, Police Say A 27-year-old man has been charged with DUI after police say he was swerving on I-95. Darien Police say they observed a driver traveling in the left lane approaching Exit 13 on I-95 northbound on Sunday, Sept. 22 around 2:45 a.m. The driver allegedly swerved suddenly to the middle lane and back to the left lane several times without using a blinker and slowed from approximately 80 mph to 45 mph, police say.
