State Attorney Files For Gag Order In Missing Mom Case The Stamford/Norwalk State Attorney is asking the court to enact a "gag order" on all parties involved with the case of the missing mom Jennifer Farber Dulos. State Attorney Richard Colangelo Jr. filed the one-sentence motion on Wednesday, Aug. 7,  saying statements could prejudice the case. In response, her estranged husband, Fotis Dulos’ attorney, has filed a five-page response, arguing that prosecutors should focus their time on preventing police leaks to the media.
