The upstate New York incident happened Thursday evening, Aug. 31, in Warren County, on Route 9 in Lake George, according to state police. Connecticut resident Andrew Tustian, of Stratford, was stopped for multiple vehicle and traffic law violations before troopers determined he was intoxicated, police said. Motive For Fatal Stabbing Of Westchester Restaurant Worker Remains Mystery The cause of a dispute between employees at a popular Westchester restaurant that led to a man's fatal stabbing by a female co-worker late Tuesday morning remains a mystery. The suspect in the incident at River City Grille on Route 9 in Irvington, identified by Irvington Police as 27-year-old Rosa Ramirez of Manhattan, who was recently hired as a dishwasher at the restaurant, has been charged with murder and was arraigned Tuesday afternoon.
