Norwalk Man Charged With Creating Disturbance At Nursing Home In Greenwich, Police Say A Norwalk man has been charged after police say he created a disturbance at a Greenwich nursing home. Greenwich Police say they responded to a report of an unwanted person at a nursing home on King Street on Saturday, July 20. Further investigation led to the development of probable cause that a man identified as Guiniard Bosquet, 41, of Norwalk allegedly engaged in disruptive behavior and threatened staff members, police say.
