Road Detours Scheduled For Norwalk St. Patrick's Day Parade While you are slapping on some green and getting ready to celebrate during the annual Norwalk Police Emerald Society 2019 Norwalk St. Patrick’s Day Parade, take a look at these roadways to avoid. The parade, which begins at 11 a.m. Saturday, March 9, at Veterans Park, proceeding up Washington Street, onto North Main Street and ending at Pine Street.  The following roads will be temporarily closed at 10:55 a.m.: Route 136 Fort Point Street at Seaview Avenue Washington Street at Water Street Washington Street at South Main Street Marshall Street at North Main Street…
