Port Chester Native, New York-Presbyterian Hospital HR Professional Julie Pennucci Haney Dies Julie Pennucci Haney died earlier this month after losing her long and courageous battle with ovarian cancer. She was 63. She was born in 1955 in Port Chester to Connie and Danny Pennucci, who both predeceased her.  Julie graduated from Syracuse University and enjoyed a successful career as a human resources professional in the publishing, foodservice distribution and healthcare industries. Bicycle Sundays Set To Start In Westchester The weather is perfect for spending at least part of the weekend outdoors. The arrival of spring, and the 44th annual "Bicycle Sundays" could not arrive at a better time in Westchester County. Nearly seven miles of the Bronx River Parkway will be closed to motorists between White Plains and Yonkers on Sunday, May 6 for the first of a summer's worth of bicycle freedom.
