Alleged Drug Dealer Apprehended In Fairfield County Bust A weekslong investigation into a man allegedly dealing drugs out of his Fairfield County apartment led to the arrest of a Danbury man who police say was trafficking out of his home. Neil Hannequin was arrested by members of the Danbury Police Department’s Special Investigations Division on Tuesday, Aug. 28, following a citizen’s complaint about him selling drugs from his Coalpit Hill Road apartment.
