Girl, 15, Attacked In Bathroom Of Area Public Library A 15-year-old has been arrested for hiding in a library bathroom and attempting to attack a young woman after locking her in a stall. Hamden Police said they arrested the teen around 6 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 5, after receiving a call for a "welfare check," at the Miller Memorial Library, at 2901 Dixwell Ave., said Hamden Capt. Ronald Smith. Central Communication told responding officers that an assault had occurred in the women's restroom and that the person responsible was being held by a bystander, he added.
