21-Year-Old Drove Drunk With Skateboarder Hanging Onto Vehicle In Greenwich, Police Say A 21-year-old is facing charges after police say he drove drunk in Greenwich with a skateboarder hanging onto the vehicle. Greenwich Police say they observed a motorist traveling on Steamboat Road with another individual riding a skateboard while hanging onto the side of the vehicle on Friday, July 5 around 9:20 p.m. Officers conducted a traffic stop and allegedly detected an odor of alcohol coming from the driver, identified as Michael Palmgren, 21, of Greenwich.
