Norwalk Woman Found Asleep In Wilton Commuter Parking Lot Under Influence, Police Say A Fairfield County woman asleep behind the wheel with her hazard lights blinking in a commuter parking lot was allegedly under the influence and had to be hospitalized, police said. Officers from the Wilton Police Department spotted a parked car running at the commuter parking lot on Danbury Road at approximately 7:30 p.m. on Sunday, Feb. 23.  Police said the car was running at the intersection of Danbury Road and Wolfpit Road with its lights on and hazard lights blinking.
