CT Man Sentenced For Illegally Manufacturing Machine Guns A Connecticut man is going to spend time behind bars after illegally manufacturing and selling machine guns. Torrington resident Sean Dey, 40, has been sentenced to a term of 24 months in prison, followed by 12 months of home confinement and three years of supervised release after admitting to selling illegal weapons.
