CT Man, 25, Killed In Hit-Run Crash Identified Police have released the identity of a 25-year-old Connecticut man killed in a hit-and-run motorcycle crash. Tolland County resident James Faulkner, of Vernon, was killed on Tuesday, Feb. 27 during a crash with a 2018 Infiniti Q50 on Prospect Street in Vernon. According to Lt. Robert Marra of the Vernon Police, the driver of the Infiniti fled the scene after hitting Vaulkner's motorcycle. Faulkner was transported to Rockville General Hospital in Vernon where he was pronounced dead. Also involved were two parked vehicles, a 2005 Subaru Legacy and a 2015 Kia Optima. At this time the V…

Teens Crash Stolen Car: Trio Nabbed In Fairfield County After Fleeing Three teens have been charged after allegedly fleeing from police in a stolen car, crashing, and then running away in an attempt to escape. The three were nabbed in Trumbull on Friday, Jan. 17 On Friday, Jan. 13, after an officer noticed a Kia Optima in the parking lot of the Westfield Trumbull Mall that had been reported stolen out of New York City. As the officer proceeded to follow the Kia, the car exited the mall and drove through nearby residential streets in an attempt to lose the officer, said Lt. Brian Weir, of the Trumbull Police.
