Man Who Made Unsafe Turn In Greenwich Under The Influence, Police Say A 46-year-old motorist who made an unsafe turn - causing oncoming traffic to come to a halt on a busy Greenwich roadway - was driving under the influence for the second time, police said. Stamford resident Kevin O’Brien was spotted by police turning left out of Livingston Place onto West Putnam Avenue at approximately 3:30 p.m. on Aug. 9.
