Man Admits To Committing Sex Crime Against Girl In Bedford
A 40-year-old Northern Westchester man admitted to sexually abusing a girl under the age of 13 last year. Bedford Hills resident Julio Cortez pleaded guilty in Westchester County Court to first-degree course of sexual conduct against a child, officials announced. The case came after a minor reported that a classmate had been sexually abused by a neighbor, leading to the investigation that led to Cortez’s arrest.
