Erratic Driving Stop Leads To DUI Charge For Greenwich Woman A woman from Greenwich is facing DUI charges after an erratic driving stop, police say. Greenwich Police say they received an anonymous report of a blue Honda operating erratically on the western side of town on Sunday, April 28 around 12 a.m. Officers allegedly located the vehicle parked and running in a nearby apartment complex. Further investigation revealed that the driver, identified as 54-year-old Juanita Kovach, had glassy, red eyes and an alcoholic odor, according to police.
