Children Given THC Gummies, Razor Blades Found In Halloween Candy In Separate CT Incidents The importance of parents checking their children's Halloween candy was highlighted when police in Connecticut received two separate reports of dangers including candy with THC and razor blades put in bags. In Waterford, police said they were notified on Thursday, Oct. 31, that two children, under 18 years old, had each received a sealed package of a “gummy” style candy, said Waterford Police Lt.
