New York State Police say they stopped a vehicle on I-287 in the town of Harrison for an infraction on Sunday, June 16 around 2 a.m. Further investigation revealed that the driver, identified as Luis Ramirez-Condori, 28, of Norwalk was found to be intoxicated and driving with a suspended license, according to police.
