The crash occurred around 4:30 a.m. on the northbound side in Norwalk between exits 16 and 17 when a motorcyclist lost control and was thrown from his bike. Also involved in the crash were a box truck and Honda Pilot in the same lane. The identity of the motorcyclist has not yet been released.
