Greenwich Police received a call in regards to an unresponsive person at a Cos Cob residence on October 27, 2017. Police arrived and found a deceased male in one of the home’s bathrooms. Initial on-scene investigations led to the belief that the death was caused by a narcotics overdose. The arrest stems from a fatal overdose on Alexander Street in Greenwich on July 8, 2017, according to Greenwich Patch. A 34-year-old victim was found dead at the scene, and an investigation determined that the drugs in the overdose had been supplied by Christopher F. Brokaw, 42, of Stamford, Greenwich Patch reported.
