New Canaan Man Charged With Driving Impaired After Report Of Erratic Driver, Police Say
A 30-year-old man is accused of driving while impaired after police received a report of an erratic driver in Fairfield County. Officers responded to a report of an erratic driver in the area of the Gulf Station, located at 36 South Ave. in New Canaan, at about 9:50 p.m. on Friday, Dec. 9, the New Canaan Police Department reported. Police conducted a motor vehicle stop and identified the driver as Jonathan Robidoux, of New Canaan, authorities said. Suspect Nabbed For Breaking Into Gas Station In Fairfield County, Police Say
A man was charged for allegedly breaking into a Fairfield County gas station more than a year ago. Terell Hendrick, age 27, of Bridgeport, was arraigned on charges of first-degree criminal mischief and third-degree conspiracy to burglary on Wednesday, Sept. 15, according to the Darien Police Department. Officers responded to the Gulf Station after an alarm was activated around 5:40 a.m. on Sept. 11, 2020, police said. The gas station is located at 180 Noroton Ave. in Darien. Fairfield County Man Dies In Route 22 Crash In New York
A Connecticut man has died three days after a three-vehicle crash in the Hudson Valley on Route 22. The crash took place on Monday, April 26, on Route 22 in Putnam County in the town of Southeast when a driver struck a vehicle while passing cars on the shoulder of the roadway, said Trooper AJ Hicks of the New York State Police. Duo Nabbed After Trying To Use Fake $100 Bills At Fairfield County Gas Stations, Police Say
Two 20-year-old men were nabbed after allegedly attempting to pass fake $100 bills at Fairfield County gas stations. Tevon Johnson and Nasia Battle, both of Brooklyn, were arrested on Wednesday, Feb. 12, after Wilton Police were notified by Westport Police that two men in a black Honda were attempting to use fake $100 bills at gas stations, said Capt. Robert Cipolla of the Wilton Police Department.
