Brian John Foster Dies At 61, Greenwich Native And Youth Sports Coach GREENWICH, Conn. — Brian John Foster, a Greenwich native and youth coach,  died peacefully Tuesday, Jan. 2, at Greenwich Hospital. He was 61.  He was born Jan. 30, 1956, in Port Chester, N.Y., and was raised in the Chickahominy section of Greenwich.  Foster attended Hamilton Avenue School, Western Junior High School and Greenwich High School.  He was an avid and competitive athlete who excelled in multiple sports throughout his life.
