Move Your Car: Greenwich Selectmen Declare Snow Emergency Before Storm Hits GREENWICH, Conn. – With the National Weather Service predicting several inches of snow to fall overnight and throughout Thursday, a snow emergency has been declared by the Greenwich Board of Selectmen. The snow emergency prohibits on-street parking on designated routes beginning at 8 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 3.
