US Marshals Nab Canadian Double Murder Suspect In CT
A man wanted on a Canada-wide warrant for a 2022 double homicide has been nabbed by the US Marshals Service in Connecticut.
Kensworth Alton Francis, 29, of Mississauga, Ontario, was arrested in Hartford on Tuesday, March 26.
York Regional Police said they are working to extradite Francis to the York Region.

Connecticut officials are offering a $50,000 reward in the 2011 double homicide in Fairfield County that left a man and woman in their 20s dead.
On Saturday, Aug. 6, 2011, the Norwalk Police Department responded to the incident that occurred on Avenue B in Norwalk.
Rickita Smalls, age 22, and Iroquois Alston, age 27, both of Bridgeport, were found dead in a small dark car awkwardly parked on Avenue B, said Norwalk Police Lt. Terrence Blake.

Police Investigating Double Homicide At CT Apartment
Police continue to investigate the death of two people found dead inside an apartment in Connecticut.
The two, a man and a woman, were discovered around 11:30 a.m., Sunday, Jan. 10, when New Haven Police received a 911 call reporting two severely injured people inside the apartment on Winthrop Avenue, the department said.
Responding emergency medical providers pronounced both dead at the scene, police said.
On Monday, Jan. 11, police announced the deaths are being investigated as a double homicide.
