Alert Citizen Helps Police Locate Porch Pirate An alert citizen who witnessed a crime led to the arrest of a Fairfield County man for allegedly stealing packages from a residence. The incident took place around 11 a.m. Wednesday, Dec. 19, when an Orange resident saw Corey Roberts, 28, of Monroe, take a previously-delivered package from her neighbor’s front porch, said Orange Police. The resident was able to relay a suspect and vehicle description to officers who, in turn, observed Robert's vehicle in the area.
