Fairfield County Man Accused Of Stabbing Roommate In Head In Fight Over Diamonds A Fairfield County man was arrested after he allegedly stabbed his roommate in the head during a fight over the theft of diamonds. Eliercer Vazquez, age 60, of Bridgeport, was arrested on Tuesday, Feb. 2, after police were dispatched to the home for a dispute, said Scott Appleby, director of Emergency Management. When police arrived on the scene, they found the 46-year-old victim with lacerations to his head from cuts from a knife, Appleby said.
