Kids in Crisis in Cos Cob invites all county residents to download a free app today and join a Scavenger Hunt. Two 16-Year-Old HS Students Killed In Fiery Single-Car Crash Two 16-year-olds were killed and three other teens were seriously injured during a fiery single-vehicle crash. It happened in Litchfield County around 2:30 a.m., Tuesday, June 9, on Rossie Road near the border of the town of Litchfield and town of Torrington, according to multiple sources.
