The investigation began after the incident on Saturday, Aug. 29 when a male patient, Rodney Daniels, of Stamford, was at Norwalk Hospital because of PCP usage. Fairfield County Man Sentenced For Months-Long Bank Robbery Spree A Fairfield County man who threatened to kill bank employees during an armed robbery and later engaged in a standoff with police has been sentenced to nearly a decade behind bars following his seven-month crime spree. Bryce Alexander Laister, 26, formerly of Bridgeport and Stratford, has been sentenced to 107 months in prison, followed by three years of supervised release, after he pleaded guilty to robbing five Connecticut banks between November 2016 and June 2017.
