Suspect In Greenwich Cough-Syrup Scam Nabbed While In Stamford Court A man who took part in a cough-syrup scam last year in Greenwich was picked up by police while he was appearing in court in Stamford.William Tifa, 21, was picked-up by Greenwich Police on Monday, March 4, while he was appearing in a Stamford court on another matter, Greenwich Police said.
